A South Korean R&B artist, Tabber opened the show for Jay B. Tabber has a distinct low voice and irresistible melodic songs that set the smooth, r&b and classy tone for the rest of the night. With songs like “Chi-Ka” and “007” Tabber put D.C is a mellow and vibey mood for the rest of the night.
